This Content & Usage Limits Policy outlines the scope of website development, content population, self-management, and additional service charges provided by Website999.
1. Initial Content Population & Page Capacity
Total Page Capacity: Each plan defines the maximum number of pages supported by the website architecture (e.g., Starter: 5 Pages, Bronze: 10 Pages, Silver: 15 Pages, Growth: 25 Pages, Max: 50 Pages).
Included Content Entry: As per the active plan, our team will design and populate content (text and images) for the included number of Content Pages and Content Images during initial setup.
2. Client Admin Panel & Self-Management
Full Admin Access: Upon completion of initial setup, the client is provided with full Admin Panel credentials.
Self-Management: Clients can independently create new pages, edit existing content, or delete pages within their plan maximum page capacity without any additional charges.
Documentation & Training: We provide comprehensive Deep Documentation / User Manual explaining how to manage pages, text, and media through the Admin Panel.
3. Extra Content Entry Fee & Plan Upgrades
Extra Content Entry Fee (₹100 / Page): If a client requests our team to format and upload content for pages beyond the included content limits, while remaining within the plan overall page capacity, a fee of ₹100 per page will apply.
Plan Upgrade Requirement: If the website reaches the maximum total page capacity permitted by the current plan and the client wishes to expand further, a Plan Upgrade is required.
4. Media & File Optimization
Image Specifications: Client images should be optimized in WebP, JPG, or PNG format, with a recommended size of 500 KB to 1 MB per image.
Video Content: Direct uploading of video files to the web server is strictly prohibited. Videos must be hosted on external platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo and embedded on the website.
5. Client Content Responsibility & Copyright
Provision of Material: The client must supply all required text, logos, high-resolution media, and business details.
Intellectual Property Rights: The client warrants that all provided content belongs to them or is legally licensed. Website999 holds no liability for copyright infringement resulting from client-submitted assets.
