1. Project Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery
Every website project is assigned a standard completion timeline of 12 working days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of required content.
Work Allocation
Project setup, domain/server mapping, and dynamic design configuration begin immediately upon order placement.
2. Order Cancellation & No-Refund Policy
Non-Refundable
Once an order is successfully placed and payment is processed, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained under standard circumstances.
Reason
Resources, server hosting overheads, and design labor are immediately allocated upon payment confirmation.
3. Exceptional Refund Window
Special Approval
In rare, exceptional circumstances where a refund is explicitly approved by our management team, the refund process will take a maximum of 11 business days to complete.
Payout Method
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or designated bank account within this 11-day period.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide necessary project inputs (logos, content, images) in a timely manner. Delays in providing content will extend the 12-day delivery window but will not qualify for an order cancellation or refund.
