Project Timeline
Standard web development projects require 12 working days for completion, starting from the receipt of all necessary content and payment confirmation.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all required assets (logos, text, images, credentials) on time. Delays in providing content will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
2. Hosting & Renewal Terms
First-Year Offer
Free hosting is provided for the first year on select dynamic website packages.
Annual Renewal
Standard hosting and domain renewal charges will apply starting from the second year as per the prevailing plan rates.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable
Payments made for web development, hosting configuration, or domain registration are non-refundable once an order is placed and work/resource allocation has initiated.
Exceptional Cases
In rare circumstances where a refund is approved by management, the processing window will take up to 11 business days to credit the original payment source.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited Content
Websites hosted or built by us must not contain illegal, copyrighted without permission, fraudulent, or harmful content.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if a website is found violating cyber safety guidelines or Indian legal frameworks.
