Direct cPanel access, server root details, and downloadable website/database backups are not provided during the first year of service.
Service Renewal & Handover
Complete cPanel credentials and access permissions are handed over to the client upon the successful processing of the 2nd-year service renewal.
Clients gain full access to export, download, or transfer their complete website backup independently once the renewal is complete.
